Taking the fight against hunger to the streets

Join us at the 8th Annual Food Pantry 5K RUN/WALK, on a chip-timed USATF-certified course -- an important fundraising event to benefit the Sacred Heart Food Pantry in Middleboro, Massachusetts.

Did you know

  • One in five children do not know where their next meal is coming from, and may go to bed hungry.
  • More than 49 million Americans live at or below the poverty level.
  • During the last 12 months, we distributed over 39,000 bags of food to over 1,000 families in the towns of Carver, Lakeville, Middleboro and Rochester Massachusetts.

The 5K provides an opportunity for walkers and runners to participate in the mission of feeding the hungry in the communities we serve, while raising awareness of the challenges faced by the nation's needy.

Fundraising
